Not able to log in

Hi guys

For a couple of weeks I have not been able to log in to my CIC account with the gc key. All info is correct, goes through security questions, then bounces me back to the splash page with language selection. and that's as far as it goes. Cookies cache etc cleared, tested on several different browsers. Tried on mobile devices.

nope. don't even have vpn.

I had an issue on mobile and laptop. Managed to log in on mobile yesterday.
