Hi I am not able to provide a proof of blood relation as my relative is travelling and does not have the document. So should i still go ahead and mention about her and send the document later?

What relative is this? Do they live in Canada? Are they a dependent? Are they included on your application?

Thanks.
She is my father's sister. She is 62 years old and is a Canadian Citizen. I have rest of her details like Passport copy, Tax documents and citizen ship card.

I think her passport would have her parents' name on it, right? If it does, then you can use that, and a copy of your own father's passport, to establish that she is your aunt!

Ahhh.
I think you should attach a notarized affidavit declaring she is you aunt, as well as a letter of explanation explaining why you were unable to furnish the documents just right away. You should offer to submit the documents at the soonest possible opportunity once your aunt returns from traveling via a CSE.
That's how I would do it, though, let's wait for other experts and see what they think.

Thanks ...I think I will have to give an application for the same. I hope they accept.
1. Affidavits are considered "self serving" by CIC and carry little or no wait.
2. if you want the points for the relatives, you would require her birth certificate with parents names (if in India, level 10 from school) and your parent's birth certificate (level 10 again) showing the same parents.
3. Passport with a parent's name are not acceptable as proof of relationship.

But by mistake she mentioned my wrong birthdate.
She has all documents.but my birthdate is wrong.
My crs is 472 without her points.
I dont want to bother her for documents and correcting my birthday in her PR details.
What should i do ?
If i dont mention her , front of immigration officer , i have to tell about her as i wil go there at her home.and if i dont mention her it may b taken as false information provided.
And if i mention her , i may bother her and also chance of this birthday match error..plz guide me for betterment.
