Re: Inte-company transferee EXTENSION refused.....Urgent. Help.

You're an immigration consultant, aren't you... Looking back at previous posts under this user name certainly gives this impression.

Any advise, zardoz?
Yes, when posting, identify yourself as a professional immigration consultant, with your RCIC#
It's not unreasonable for people responding to your questions to be aware that they are contributing to a paid for service, and that you are registered and accredited to provide that service.

ye- zardoz. you're right. my client got a refusal letter above and i really need an advise from other people who already gone through this case.

I've talking to CIC and been searching and thinking the right action for this case, but,'m not quite sure about this case.
Hold on, if you're an immigration consultant, shouldn't you know how to deal with this sort of thing? If I was paying you, I'd expect a more professional service. I would certainly question your credibility if I found out you were repeatedly seeking advice from "amateurs" on an online forum.

This exists because there is no formal qualification required for becoming a consultant in general (i am not knowledgeable about Canada) but in my home country (with due apologies to true professionals), some body sharp at ditching others and not able to do any thing decent in life becomes a consultant.

Where most of their knowledge (if any) is from submitting past cases, which often educated people who have been through the process, READ most / all public material posted by CIC know better of.

Technically, No Immigration authority encourages any consultants and gives no special treatments to them.

However, immigration lawyers are a separate story and they usually are far more expensive, but worth their value in knowledge of law.

Update:

+1 to Zardoz yet again, for doing the right thing in appropriate manner

Canada is different, you have to qualify as a consultant in Canada to be registered. http://www.iccrc-crcic.ca/becominganRCIC.cfm
