Non-SDS applicants Passport Request

Hello Folks - I noticed that since 31st Ottawa has released BVL and OPR in bulk for SDS cases, which is great. However, I would like to know if any non-SDS applicants are also getting any passport requests or not specifically Indian applicants. I applied under the non-sds category in October and my application is complete with biometric and medical. Eligibility review started from 11th Dec.

I am under non-SDS, applied in October 2020, and eligibilty is under review since December 21st. No news yet on PPR.
