It would be highly appreciated if someone answer some questions regarding non-resident status:
I landed in June 2013.Spent 75 days and left for winding up. I came back in June 2015 and rented a house living with my 12 years child and a wife..My wife and I also operating bank account in Canada since June 2013. We didn't buy any property. Neither we claimed Child Benefit.
We want to fill income tax return form for 2013 and 2014. Can we declared ourselves as a non resident from June 2013 to June 2015? If yes what is the procedure ,if not what is the reason? What is good for us to do? Thanks
