Non-Metro IELTS exams centre - Will it help to gain more points in IELTS

Hi All,

Anyone have idea about IELTS exam at Non-metro centres, Will it help to gain more points in IELTS.

Becoz one of friend told me that the Non-metro centres will give more points as their candidates have less knowledge in English.


Is this True?
