If i go for eor for ielts im confident that my writing bands would increase and then ill have 67 FSW points and will be eligible for EE
But i wanted know that if it is worth it or not and if there is any scope of getting PNP or PR
Any suggestions would be appreciated

So again,
Meeting eligibility for FSW is not a confirmed ITA, to get an ITA via FSW, any applicant will require CRS 470+
if you opt for the EOR and get the band enhanced to meet the eligibility of 67 points, still you won't get an ITA via All program draws-FSW. Rumors are the all program draws won't resume until Q2 2022. so basically just enhancing the band for writing serves no purpose, Instead retaking the whole test for maxing out the scores will help a bit, but considering the skyrocketed CRS cutoff (480-490) that we are expecting when all program draws resume, still that won't get you an ITA. A master's would help along with max scores in ielts. Also there's 50 points for French.
