non designated learning institutions

I have my second study permit at the moment.
I finished my program in humber college ontario in may 2015. reapplied for new study permit due to acceptance letter to seneca college (for 4 years degree) .
But ended up going to non designated learning institution (massage school ) also in ontario. In school they told me that they are waiting for designation number and they should get it in no time. So i decided to risk it. its already one year me being in that school and they still didnt get the designation papers. My study permit says any designated learning instituition. When i entered canada from back home last winter i said i am in seneca college cause i decided to quit massage school but than changed my mind and carried on with massage studies. and i dont know how to contact cic to let them know. cause on my cic page they only provide change DLI not non DLI. also i read that they have exemptions for second time holders of the study permit that we can complete programs of study in non designated schools. I have my visas, permit, Sin number and always had supporting documents to do any actions within canada.

Based on the information you've provided, you're in violation of your study permit. Hopefully you haven't been working part time while attending massage school since that will make your violation more serious.

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve. You're not going to qualify for a PGWP. And technically your study permit is no longer be valid.

1. That exemption is only for those who got study permit before June 2014.
2. You are not eligible for PGWP.

Can you please suggest me what I can do in my case . I would really appreciate it .
Cause I am very nervous and basically my school made me wait and now I am in trouble .

There's really not much that you can do. Blaming your school won't get you anything - you were the one who chose to study there before they were officially a DLI and CIC will hold you responsible for your actions.

If you're working while attending school - stop immediately. You're working illegally.

I would try to leave Canada as soon as you can since your study permit is technically no longer valid and you're in Canada without status (there's no way to fix this from within Canada). If you are interested in returning to Canada, I would remain outside of Canada for a year to reestablish ties to your home country before trying to apply to enter Canada again.
