In my application, i didn't put my spouse as one of my dependant
He signed NON-ACCOMPANYING form.
Because we are separated already but not official
Do i need to file Divorce first before submitting my application for Permanent Residency?
Coz it might delay my application if that so...

Yes you can file a divorce now it would be better. In my case i filed my PR application with my husband as non-accompanying then started the divorce petition just recently, my lawyer then informed CIC of my status and pending divorce. My friend though filed a divorce first after 6 months she got her divorce certificate then applied her PR with her divorce certificate
