I am the main applicant,I am busy filling out the background checks forms and the family additional information forms IMM 5406. I truly need some guidance as this IMM 5406 form is very confusing.
I have non accompanying husband and 2 step children 16 and 20 also non accompanying to Canada, I understand that my husband must fill out the form section A where it says"spouse or common law partner." How about my 2 step children? i have 17 and 20 years old? does both of them need to fill out this form and can someone please assist me how they should fill it out which section applies to them?? thank you so kindly
