Non-Accompanying Spouse PGWP, do I need to add all proof in my application?

I’m currently applying for PGWP. I was single when I was a student and then I entered a common-law relationship. My partner has gone home to our country with no intention of being here with me for now. I understand that if I apply for his SOWP, there is a section to add our notarized common-law affidavit. But when I choose that I’m not applying with my partner, that section is gone. I’m a bit confused where to put our proof of relationship. I already have a letter of explanation in the client info. Am I obligated to add proof of relationship with my PGWP Application?

I appreciate any comments!

If it's not showing as an option to add him, then LOE in the client section is fine. Just attach the notarized common-law affidavit with the LOE. This would make it much easier for your future applications as everything is recorded under your UCI in GCMS!

other than declaring your relationship status you don’t have to prove common law because you are applying for PGWP not SOWP.
