Non accompanying spouse and kid

The situation - I have got an invitation and going to submit my application , My spouse and kid are non -accompanying. I am temporary resident now.
While i submit my application for PR can i apply for visit visa for my spouse and kid ? My organization will apply for their visit visa as it is a right given to us employees.
