Hi, I have a question about recent study permit application submitted for my son.
On the application, I did not submit a Father's Consent Letter. Instead, I submitted the IMM 5604 form (Declaration from Non-Accompanying Parent for Minors Immigrating to Canada).
Is the submission of the IMM 5604 form an acceptable alternative to the Father's Consent Letter for the purposes of this study permit application? Some expert told me it is only used for dependent PR applications,
