Non Accompany family memeber

Hello my sister got MPNP visa with spouse. my sister is principle applicant.
now due to some spouse job he cant travel with my sister.
Do we have to inform CIC that spouse is non accompany family member and he will travel alone later before visa expire.
Does my sister can travel alone?
please advise.

There is no need to inform IRCC. Your sister is the PA and can land alone. The dependent(s) can land at a later date, as long as the COPR is not expired.
