This refers to your post-nomination under the New Brunswick skilled Worker. i am assessing your
employers request, and it appears as though you no longer meet the conditions which qualified you
for nomination under the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program
As per the NBPNP-post-nomination-guide.pdf/(welcomenb.ca), GNB may withdraw your
nomination at any time during the immigration process, if:
you fail to comply with the terms and conditions under which you have been nominated
you fail to inform GNB of material changes in your circumstances
you failto submit a written request to amend a nomination prior to the expiry date on the current
certificate,
you provide GNB with false or misleading information relating to a relevant matter that causes or
could cause GNB to make an eror in the processing of the application, or the decision to issue a
nomination,
it is proven that you lack the genuine intention to live in New Brunswick, or
GNB determines you are ineligible for any other reason
We received information from your employer on January 27, 2025
informing US that, you no-longer work for the company and have not been working for the company
since January 24,2025. As a result, you no longer meet the conditions under which you were
nominated , and your nomination wlill be withdrawn
Before a final decision is made, I would like to give you an opportunity to respond to this information.
You have 5 days from the date of this letter to upload any information or documents to address my
concerns under supporting documents in INB.
If you fail to comply with this requirement within the given timeframe, your nomination
certificate will be withdrawn.
