Nomination gives any government help for English?

Hello there,

I'd like to know if getting nominated gives you the same help from the government to study english paying cheaper then usual.
For instance, with PR, if I decide to study in some colleges (supported by the government) instead of paying $500, I'll pay $250.
I'd like to know if nomination gives you that same condition.

After getting a PR, you are able to study English Free through many English Programs provided by the Province in join programs with Universities.

Talking about education, there two tuition Residents and International Students, International Students pay more than PR or citizens

And in every educational institution you always can apply for scholarships...
