Hi guys,
My application has been approved and I have received my COPR and visa. I have been nominated by Ontario while I am pursuing a master degree
montreal, Quebec and I have one more year to finish up my degree. I want to do the landing in Ontario soon so I have couple of questions.

1. What kind of documents the immigration border officer may ask for confirming my intention to reside in Ontario?
2. I am going to change my address to Ontario address at the border but I have not signed a lease contract and all my address in the official documents are still my Montreal's address like my driving license. If the officer asks about the proof of address can I just explain my situation that I have just moved to Ontario?
3. Do I need any document from my university as a proof of termination or discontinuation of my study?

Please share your opinion on this situation. Thanks

More often than not, they won't ask you about intent or documents anyway. Just don't volunteer information.

I am also OINP, no questions about settlement or intent were asked when I landed.

In the small chance they ask for PoF and your statements have a Quebec address tell the truth: your studied in Quebec and you will be settling in Ontario. Just don't offer a time frame.

Thank you for answering my question. I landed yesterday and as you mentioned they asked nothing about my intention to reside in Ontario. They only asked about my new address and I gave my Ontario address. The interview took about 2 minutes maximum. It was very very straightforward and easy. Thank you again
