Hello,
I've been nominated for Manitoba PNP and I've submitted my PR application, paper based to Sydney, Nova Scotia.
Shortly after that company I've worked for loses several big clients and my boss was offered a good job in other company and he decided to close the company.
I've been given a choice to instead of closure of company to transfer whole company to me, so I'll be complete owner (or the only shareholder I guess as it's Ltd.) and will be working there.
It's viable as I'm software developer and can easily work online and pay myself salary, taxes from salary, all company expenses, accounting etc. and even after all those payment I'll be earning more if I would had local work.
But I'm wondering how likely it'll work, won't it be a red flag for federal government if I'll be an owner of a company I'm working on.
Alternative it seems is to find an employer who will do LMIA for me, however I'll be losing about 2 times in salary comparing to what I can earn online plus don't know what's better for PR application - to keep working in the same company (where I'll be an owner) or right after submitting PR application to switch employer
Please let me know what do you think about it.
Thank you!
