NOI from ONTARIO

I have received NOI from Ontario yesterday i.e. 30 November 2023.
Today (1st December) i got a msg portal that i am no longer eligible to be in the pool because my ielts got expire.

What can i do now?

Can I proceed with this NOI?
Please guide. Your help will be greatly appreciated

You probably going to have to reject the NOI. As the message says you no longer qualify because you don't have up to date English results. How long were you given to accept the NOI? Can you retake the exam before you are required to respond to the NOI?

I have 44 days to respond to NOI. So i can reattempt my IELTS.

I would reattempt immediately. If you get the results in time then great. If not, you can explain the pending results in a letter. That should be fine and you would upload the results to webform when you get them.

Oh, make sure you have a candidate receipt from IELTS saying to paid it or sat the exam. You can upload that as proof in the language requirement slot if the results are not back.
