How is a candidate notified when he receives a notification of interest from a province. Do provinces send an E-mail or a message in Express entry profile? If they notify in express entry profile, where to check in my express entry profile for that?

You will receive a notification and when you log in your profile, you will see the letter in PDF format in the "Messages about your Express Entry profile" section.
