- Design solutions using Oracle NetSuite system functions and features to meet clients’ requirements
- Identify and manage gaps in customer requirements and Oracle NetSuite system functionality
- Work and interact with customers in the configuration of their Oracle NetSuite system
- Provide trainings to users during the implementation
- Contribute as a consultant on customer projects
- Utilize a structured system implementation project delivery methodology
- Take action to identify, drive and support efficiency and optimization of processes
- Manage project timelines and successful completion of project deliverables and activities
- Deliver projects with high quality and high customer satisfaction
- Build successful customer relationships
- Connect, engage, and build the broader Oracle community
