I am a university graduate with a Bsc in accounting. i have not done any certification but vi have been working as an accountant for 6yrs.
please where best do i belong 1110 or 1311?

You match your job responsibilities to your NOC, so you decide. Also NOCs are 5 digits now.

For EE, it is not an issue. It just means that if you immigrate to Canada, you may not be able to work in the field until you have CA, CPA etc.
