Kindly help. Which noc code should I choose. I worked with an Organisation by the name Matrix cellular international limited. It deals in international SIM cards, international travel insurance and forex for individual interantional travelers and corporate international travelers and I was a business development excutive and use to report to sales manager.
Role & Responsibilities
● Provide international sim cards, data cards, foreign exchange andinternational travel insurance to our retail and corporate clients when theytravel abroad.
● Develop new channel partners in the market such as travel agents, foreign exchange agents, retail clients and corporates and provide them our voice and none voice travel solutions such as international sim cards, data cards, foreign exchange and international travel insurance to fulfill theirinternational travel needs.
● Acquire new key accounts such as corporate whos executives and employees regularly travel abroad and provide them our products and services.
● Oversee and make sure the all the necessary legal documents and signed properly while acquiring the new channel partners and corporate clients and get them renewed before the expiry of contracts.
● Conducts comprehensive competition analysis and execute the action plan to acquire the key corporate accounts and retail clients for recurring business opportunities.
● Develop and deepen relationship with decision makers in the key corporate clients for providing our services and solving any service issues and generating opportunities for fresh business.
● Ensure profitability in all the new acquisitions through cross selling and up selling of product mix and increasing the ARPU (Average Revenue Per User).
● Understanding the needs of the customer, proposing them best value plans, which help in proactive retention and growth of company’s revenue from the customer.
● Make sure all the clients who have used are service are paying their bills on time and help the credit collection teams in getting g the collections done.
● Ensure the achievement of business targets in terms of sim card sales, travel insurance, data card sales and forex.
