under NOC 7242 my main duties fully matched with my job that is electrical engineer instead of electrician. so, for federal skilled worker under ministerial instruction main duties will work without match job title like as electrical engineer vs electrician?

In my opinion try to write all the duties that match and write your designation as Plant Electrician or Maintainence Electrician and try to get letter from the company that named your duties as designation like plant electrician.. that will work....

With qualification of Engineer, writing duties of Electrician does not sound too good.

there is no relation of degree and experience for FSW immigration..that what i understood
To be an electrician involves a 4/5 year apprenticeship, you can't get a degree as an engineer and call yourself an electrician.

engineer or electrician ? no matter who u are. the question is whether the engineer shall get any PR or not. Once one gets PR, he can serach jobs as per his/her knowledge, skills & education. It does not matter if the person immigrates as an engineer or as an electrician.

What I meant was If still he is an engineer but if his experience letter states all duties that comes under 7242 then how they can decline? because as far as i have read many topic that says matter is duties not position...

But if he can get letter stating that he was working as electrician then it will be more easier.
