NOC selection

Hi All,

I am EE pool and selected 2171 as my NOC because that suits. however now I am trying to re consider the decision on selected NOC and need experts help to select more approprate NOC other than 2171.
Below are Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Carry out intake review and understand the client requirements. Confer with clients to clarify doubts in requirements.
2. Perform Application packaging for Windows and Macintosh as per client request. Perform Quality assurance testing on developed packages to check overall quality of software products.
3. Deliver the technical tasks within defined SLA’s and provide L3 support for Macintosh.
4. Prepare technical support documents and perform peer review, assist in Root Cause Analysis for service delivery
5. Perform troubleshooting software application tests for technical challenges and identify, report, propose solutions for defects.
6. Develop testing procedures and scripts for better solutions.
7. Leading the Project/Team and involved in transitions of project.
8. Perform as trainer/co-trainer on multiple topics.
9. Working on incident management and on service now tickets.
