Hi All,

The NOC reference letter from supervisor, is it really required on the letter head ? I have checked with my supervisor and he is not authorized to issue such letters on company's letter head.

Please suggest.

Yes it is mandatory. The letter could be issued by supervisor/production manager/Operations manager/director/HR manager/ HR employee on the company letterhead. Show your employer the documents requested letter you received from CIC which clearly asks for the above. If they are reluctant to issue such letters, send an email to CIC explaining your problem and ask CIC to reply you requesting the above documents.Get the printout of that email and show your employer again. This is the way they will be convinced. You have to apply gift of gab.

Hello Gulshan,

I will try my best to get it on the letter head. Just in case I don't get it, any alternatives ?

Thanks

Same question... seniors pls reply!

Try best to get it on the letter head, you can reason with ur seniors,

If not, get everything to support it, company seal, your salary slips, HR letter or anything else that you can,,
And also support with a convincing explanation letter

Good Luck!

I think there is no way out, looking at current trend even a minor deviation from requirement can lead to rejection.
