NOC Proof is Sufficient or Required more info

Hi All,

I need some suggestion. I was picked in April draw. I am applying under NOC 2173. I have some confusion over NOC proof.

I have over 10 years of experience in Information Technology and mention same in work history of ITA. I worked in company A for over 9 years, joined company B for 4 months and then re-joined company A. For company A I have reference letter and all proof.

But for 4 months when I worked on Consultant Programmer I am not getting any reference letter. I have got general relieving letter which states last date and position but no tasks list. But I have Offer Letter which states my job as Programmer Analyst-

Transalating functional requirements and detailed designs
Creating functional and unit tests
Assisting in operational support
Software developing
Automated deployment

Does that offer letter look sufficient document as proof for 2173? Should I continue using 4 months as NOC proof.

do not mention that 4 months experience in Work History; mention it is Personal History thought. Then write a Letter of Explanation and say that as you are not claiming any points for those 4 months, you have not mentioned those 4 months in Work History. If you do this then you dont need to show any proof for those 4 months, any ways you are meeting CIC requirements.

In case you are not comfortable with above option, then get your job duties printed on a plain paper from one of your colleague in that company, get it notarized and you will be good.

Thanks Ayam93, I guess getting a notarised paper from team member is tough as it is different location in US. But adding in Express Entry Profile then removing in ITA is it good? I guess LOE is necessary in this case. I can attach salary slip and other things just to make sure I have genuine experience.

Better not to mention it in Work history. Put it in personal history and explain in LOE that you could not get reference letter for the same. If your points are not affected by this change, then it will not cause any issues even if you change it post ITA.
