While Finding NOC to create the express entry profile, do I need to also fill up the educational requirement with the Main duty and unit head? I am in a condition where I fill the requirement of JOB for one NOC, but do not fill the educational requirement.
I was a Lecturer at A University in my home country without an MSc degree. So, according to the NOC, it fills with duty 41200. However, the educational requirement of 41200 for a lecturer is to have an MSc degree. So, I am wondering if this is the correct NOC for me.
The other NOC is 41210 which is Instructor for college which doesn’t require MSc and fills up my duties too. But, this NOC is for college while my job was at a University level.
So, I am wondering which one is my correct NOC. 41200 or 41210? Please kindly advice
