If my job comes under "National Occupation Classification (NOC)", would i be able to apply under "Federal Skilled Worker(FSW)"?
Does a job listed under NOC qualify me for a "Canadian Experience Class"?
Please Advice...

NOC simply provides a description and code for all the occupations in Canada. So, all the occupations will be under NOC. What will qualify you for FSW is if your occupation is in a list of NOCs that CIC will identify as being in demand in Canada. And that list will have 20 something NOCs and will be out in April. CEC does not have any priority NOC list. If you meet other requirements such as at least one year of canadian work experience in occupations under NOC O, A or B, then you would qualify for CEC.
