Can somesome tell me whether the NOC's under which a CEC pr prospective has to come under is this :

http://www.workingincanada.gc.ca/report-eng.do?action=display_allnoc

Some of the NOCs on this list are not good for CEC. The job has to be skilled so either the NOC starts with 0 or if it doesn't, then the 2nd digit must be 1, 2 or 3. If it does not start with 0 and the 2nd digit is 4, 5 or 6, then it is not a skilled job.

If you look at the NOC Matrix, you can see which occupations are Skill level O, A, or B (listed on the left of the matrix):
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/html/Matrix.html

As far as I know, it hasn't changed. It is still the one posted on the NOC website. This is the complete list of NOCs though, not to be confused with the list of 29 most wanted for FSW.

Leon is right. The Matrix from 2006 is what is used to classify jobs.

NOC revisions are under way, but the 2006 Classification is still the system that is in effect.
