NOC - Job and qualification mismatches

Hello,

I have few inquiries please, hoping that I get accurate answers before applying for the Express Entry:

1. I work in IT field, and I have experience in it, I have also found my job title in NOC, but I don;t have a university qualification in computer sciences. Am i still eligible to apply?
2. I;m intending to move to Canada along with my family, but we live in different countries now, can I apply and include them?
3. I have a trouble with my eyes, in the retina specifically, is this gonna cause me a problem when I make the health check? and do you think that I may not be able to get a driving license there? (I have already been driving cars 14 years ago)

1. Qualification is not required to be same
2. Yes
3. No issues in health check up as long able to read at a distance using glasses or without it. Don't know about driving license shouldn't be an issue
