Hi Guys,
I'm confused which NOC # im going to use. I've been a Software QA/Test Analyst since 2010. Then 2016 till now my job description is Executive, but job function is a mix of both Software testing and production support. Im not sure what NOC to use either 2283 - Information systems testing technicians or
2282 - User support technicians. Can I still use 2283 since i think this is the bulk of my experience within 10 yrs.
Below is a some of my current JD.
1. Perform functional user acceptance testing and regression testing for all the product support releases.
2 . Responsible for system continuity as per SLA’s for all IT environments.
3. Monitor and check the availability of all environments.
4. Report the status of the services including live defects, patches, enhancements and pipeline changes to management.
5. Communicate changes / defects to IT service providers.
6. Maintain ticket tracking system for user support calls and system defects.
7. Report changes and defects in detailed way
for quick understanding of all stakeholders
