Following are my job duties:

· Working with the Franchise owner and the corporate team to develop the organization's budget.
· Combining all the department budgets together into a consolidated organizational budget and reviewing all the funding requests for merit.
· Helping the franchise owner to analyze the proposed plans and finding alternatives if the projected results are unsatisfactory.
· Monitoring organizational spending to ensure that it is within budget.
· Estimating future financial needs.
· Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and budget variance analysis
· Analyzing the data to ensure that proper accounting procedures have been followed.
· Making plans to achieve the monthly sales targets.
· Inventory Management.
· Involved in introducing new treatments and services based on market need.
· Monitoring the service quality and functioning of appliances at all times.
· Interacting with clients and getting feedback.
· Involved in hiring & training employees, handling grievances and introducing employee benefit schemes.
· Planning and organizing marketing events/promotions and advertisements.

Will I come under NOC 1221 (Administration Officers) or NOC 0114(Other Administrative Services Managers)?
