Hi,
I’m currently on a two year open work permit in Canada and I would really appreciate if someone could help me figure out which national code the following duties fall under? (B, C or D)
Position 1:
-Monitor the accounts and work with the owners or managers of vacation rentals to ensure the quality of the listings is optimal and achieves the desired results.
-Work with account managers throughout initial customer integration to ensure customers are ready to accept booking requests received from travelers.
-Demystify, report and delete records that do not respect the conditions of use.
-Help vacation home owners accept incoming booking requests.
-Conduct follow-up calls with clients to answer ongoing questions about their accounts and their results.
-Report on customer calls, e-mails, reasons for communication and actions taken, if any.
-Make changes to existing lists and create new lists.
-Follow up with customers to make sure their lists meet quality standards and help them as needed.
-Perform registration checks on some new ads.
-Participate in ongoing business initiatives and product training.
——————————————————
Position 2:
• Provide excellent technical support and customer service to our customers over the phone and via e-mail support tickets • Use consistent troubleshooting techniques to quickly and efficiently identify the source of customer issues and provide a prompt and appropriate solution • Properly document and track customer issues and resolutions • Follow escalation procedures as required • Liaise with team leaders to best handle day to day situations to better customer experiences • Handle miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as defined by management.

I have a feeling the first position falls under the customer service C category but then again, I can’t see any tasks related to the ones described on the NOC website for customer service. So, I don’t understand why if it’s not B then it should automatically be C just because it’s not B... It may not be B but I don’t think it should be C either... I think this NOC classification seriously needs to be re-valued by the government because it doesn’t make any sense.
Any thoughts?
Thanks
