NOC help 4163 or closer to 1264

Hi,

I am trying to figure out whether the following job duties fall under 4163 or 1264. The below tasks are a mix of analytics as well as marketing (promoting agent engagement and improving agent behavior). Let me know your opinion. this is what I am preparing for the section of job duties for my employment letter:

As a Marketing Data Analyst, performed the following tasks:

• Supported in revamping proactive offer strategy and created an offer grid for queue that will allow agents utilize a higher presentation (estimated to grow from 10 to up to 50%) and drive pitch and conversion rates

• Analyzed offer performance to improve effectiveness of offer strategy tool and maximize revenue
  • Created Scorecards to facilitate tracking of agent behavior within proprietary tool and partnered with other departments to better understand and drive agent pitch behavior
  • Compiled tables and summarized statistics using data sources such as Tableau and SAS, drafted, updated and shared reports on a weekly basis

• Executed monthly and weekly campaigns by entering information into company’s proprietary agent communication tool – this included campaign details, targets, payouts, etc.

• Implemented campaigns for multiple queues to facilitate communication with primes and ambassadors, track performance of agents and team leaders and manage payout validation to the company sites

• Created proposal to introduce campaigns into queue to drive agent adoption and product sales

• Collected, consolidated and analyzed performance data from the campaigns to produce reports

• Provide insights to the team using the results and reporting

• Provided insights into weekly development of migration volumes, offers used and revenue impact to monitor trends.
  • Investigated any unusual developments by analyzing data in different applications as well as through communication with Pricing

• Shared weekly queue upsell results with the team and ongoing improve metrics, so they accurately reflect trends in queues

  Oversaw the preparation of marketing literature and promotion of new products to prospective clients
  
  
• Screened and proposed potential business opportunities by developing market strategies to increase overall revenue.
  
  
• Contacted new partners and clients while leveraging market relationships to increase customer service.
  
  
• Responsible for upgrading existing portfolio and identifying new business opportunities
  
  
• Monitored key performance indicators and sale success criteria across the company
  
  
• Prepared and rendered periodic reports of business performance to management
  
  
• Created and negotiated commercial contracts.

This is also what my tendency is. Do you know how important pay is when selecting a NOC? I worked for the company through a staffing agency and the pay was just slightly above minimum wage. I don't want my employment letter not matching the NOC just because my pay was not high enough. Thanks!

There is really no issues if its not significantly low. Besides, you were not a manager so its okay. My thoughts.
