NOC from Pakistan

Hey Fellas,

This question is for Pakistani students only,

I am currently in Canada on student visa, and planning to visit Pakistan... Lately Pakistani government has forced a NOC law (something something), will I need to get NOC before I leave Pakistan for Canada? Is it applicable to all students or just the one who has scholarships?

That psycho loony interior minister proposed noc for students and artists travelling abroad. I dont think the law has yet been inacted regarding students it applies only those who are recieving a scholarship for their studies abroad. So if you are not recieving a scholarship you will not need a noc.

Its all a scam so people at the top can make more bribe money by forcing international students to apply for an noc. They know that any pak student who can before to study abroad will be able to pay a few thousand rupees in a bribe to get the noc.

In Pakistan , from president to a fruit seller, everyone is a cheat and corrupt. As a Pakistani, he should have gotten used to such bribes by now. It is better to be safe than sorry. He should have it done by paying some bribes./money.

Either . There you go, you are two faced hypocrite. Yes , i know what you are talking about. But in Pakistan without bribes life is hell. A police officer will not issue a police character certificate without taking bribes. Taking bribes is wrong but what we can do . We have got to make life better in whatever opportunity we can avail. Yes. We can not spend a complete true Islamic life .it is tough in Pakistan because of the system but we try to overcome committing more sins

Why dont you just contact the interior ministry and find out for yourself!! Its your problem so find the solution yourself by contacting the appropriate authority!!
