NOC for open work permit

I have a PGWP. My work is full time and falls under TEER 1. However, I have one confusion.

What should I answer to "NOC code of current work permit."
I selected "99999 - Open Work Permit" since I have PGWP. Is this correct or do I need to change this NOC to my current job NOC? Also, to answer this question, they have 4-digit NOCs from 2016 and 5-digit NOCs from 2021 in the options list which makes it even more confusing.

THEY GAVE NEW OPTION NOW, SCROLL DOWN TILL THE END OF THE LIST, YOU SHOULD SEE "OPEN" SELECT THAT.
