I am trying to figure out whether the following job duties fall under 4163 or 4162. The below tasks are a mix of analytics as well as marketing (promoting agent engagement and improving agent behavior). Let me know your opinion:
•Created Scorecards to facilitate tracking of agent behavior within proprietary tool and partnered with other departments to better understand and drive agent pitch behavior. Update and share the Scorecard on a weekly basis using data sources such as Tableau and SAS
•Created proposal to introduce campaign into queue to drive agent adoption
•Supported in revamping proactive offer strategy and created an offer grid for queue that will allow agents utilize a higher presentation (estimated to grow from 10 to up to 50%) and drive pitch and conversion rates
•Created Scorecard to track agent tool adoption by creating 3-months overview of agent pitch behavior
•Implemented campaigns for multiple queues to facilitate communication with primes and ambassadors, track performance of agents and team leaders and manage payout validation to the Sites
•Created proposal for queue to drive product sales
•Provided insights into weekly development of migration volumes, offers used and revenue impact. Investigate any unusual developments by analyzing data in different applications as well as through communication with Pricing
•Shared weekly queue Upsell Results with the team and ongoing improve metrics, so they accurately reflect happenings in queue
