Hello all, I want to know if our eligibility is not met because of duties and responsibilities in our reference letter not matching the NOC we applied under and later if the file is rejected and refused.
Can we get revised reference letters from our employers with duties and job roles matching that same NOC and apply again? Would this be treated as misrepresentation?
