Can you please advise for the NOC for the below job responsibilities. My role was of a junior administrator with a financial company and below are the responsibilities:
Maintain investor details database including creation of statements and contract notes for fund activity
Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the fund offering documents
Completion of all checklists appropriate to the dealing process
Daily reconciliation of Cash Accounts
Monitor daily work and plan workloads, ensuring all daily deadlines are being met
Initiate wire and account transfer transactions through various internet banking platforms to settle redemptions, subscription money movements etc.
Assist with the collection, review and ultimate approval of all KYC documentation for a set of population of investor level entities
Reviewing of all KYC documentation received for all investors before submitting for final AML review
Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering procedure
Maintenance and safe keeping of AML documents, files and trackers
Responding to client, investor and auditor queries promptly
Liaise with local offices, clients and shareholders around the world
Focus on continual improvement of service levels and client relationships
Identify need for new/modified procedures
