Hi everyone,
I really hope someone can help me clear this up because I'm beginning to get worried.
So, a Canadian company have offered me a job under NOC 9232 (Chemical Process Operator), and they have applied for an LMIA with the intention of applying for a work permit for me. Although I have experience in this field, my Express Entry profile lists my main experience as NOC 9212 (Supervisor - Chemical Processing) and 0911 (Manufacturing Manager).
NOC 9212 is listed as an exclusion under NOC 9232
Both are listed under Major Group 92 in the NOC Matrix but does 9212 supersede 9232. Surely the supervisor can do the duties of the person he is supervising right?
What I'd like to know is, what does the exclusion mean? And will this bite me in the ass if I apply for a work permit / PNP / PR? Should I change my EE profile?
Many Thanks
