Roles & Responsibilities:
· Work closely with global clients, who execute Fixed Income cash trades, regarding allocation of funds across portfolios
· Liaise with the Sales traders to share market updates/client feedback and also with European market agents to manage the risk around timely exchange of bonds/cash
· Primary point of contact for multiple teams across Operations in representing the firm to manage client Relationships
· Contribute to global projects as the nominated subject matter expert providing requirements to build strategic systems with a risk mindset
· Ensuring trade booking and confirmations are execute and matched
· Ensure no trade breaks in the reconciliation from upstream to downstream ledgers
· Ensure client allocations are booked out in a timely manner
· Following up with Securities desks and clients as appropriate to ensure timely resolution of issues
· Pre-matching/settlement handling for agent bank/self-clearing market flow.
· Liaising with external counterparties and internal middle office teams to ensure instructions are matching for settlements
· Fail investigation and resolution
· Inventory management, strategic alignment of firm-wide stock inventory to ensure timely settlement
· Managing ECM flow in the assistance of the Syndicate Execution desk
