NOC Codes or Skill Level CEC

Hello everyone,

I have an ITA from Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and have done 3 full time jobs in Canada:

1. Junior Software Engineer
2. Software Design Engineer
3. Software Developer

These jobs were all software development jobs even though the title says Junior Software Engineer or Software Design Engineer. According to NOC 2011, it says Software Engineer and Software Design Engineer fall under NOC 2173.

Questions:

1. Should I let my employer mention the NOC Code in the reference letters ?
2. Should I mention NOC according to the job title or job duties ?
3. My third job, Software Developer falls under NOC 2174, would it be ok to show that I have different NOC codes (say NOC 2173 and 2174) but same Skill Level A ?
4. Do they look for individual NOC codes or Skill Level ?

A reply is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Depends, if they will mention the correct NOC, then yes.

2. Should I mention NOC according to the job title or job duties ?
Job duties.

3. My third job, Software Developer falls under NOC 2174, would it be ok to show that I have different NOC codes (say NOC 2173 and 2174) but same Skill Level A ?
There is no requirement that all work experience be in the same NOC.

4. Do they look for individual NOC codes or Skill Level ?
They look for a match between the claimed NOC and the job duties/responsibilities described in the letter.

Hello, I am bit confused about the NOC code for my current job.
Actually i get a offer from TD insurance for a position and they are offering me good pay but i am not clear about my NOC, because if its NOC C then after a year i will not be able to apply under CEC. So please help me in this. I am posting my job duties to be more clear.
Unfortunately, it is probably NOC level C:
