What is this for? You have received ITA for Express Entry/PNP? Are you working in Canada?
You need to prove you are doing the jobs and responsibilities of your NOC, so you need a letter/contract outlining your role. IRCC outlines what documents are required. As for what the NOC is, you can search the NOC database using keywords. You match your responsibilities, not title to a NOC.
