Can anybody help me in determining my NOC Code?
- Have worked for 1 year and 4 months in an educational NGO.
- Following are my duties which I have performed.
- ● Ensure operational plans are in place to achieve high quality delivery against program objectives and quality standards by monthly visiting the sites.
- ● The Program coordinator will be responsible for planning, support, implementation, evaluation, monitoring, reviewing of project activities, Reporting and documentation for all components of the project.
● Responsible for the overall coordination, delivery, facilitation and implementation of training and capacity building
● Responsible for providing guidance and support in consultation with the central team to ensure that programs are delivered with high quality and in line with best practice of monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning.
● Undertook regular visits to field sites to identify potential gaps and strategies to address them.
● Liaison with government schools principals and teachers for further mainstreaming of Gyanshala students.
● Lead the planning and execution of various training.
● Directed the design teams to include HOTS questions in the worksheets.
● Designing and developing math curriculum and teaching learning material for grade 3 for SDMC (South Delhi Municipal Schools).
● Participated in auditing the site wise budget by crosschecking the field data with finance department.
● Be part of the planning process for the team to ensure effective budget is in place and it is adhered to monitoring and evaluation.
● Lead the planning and review meetings of the given region after the monthly audit.
● Conduct field visits to project sites, build capacity of field teams in data collection and reporting
● Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities
● Participated in Hiring and training of teachers for the SDMC Delhi project.
