Financial Modeling/Analysis
· Develop Financial model to support valuation, planning and forecasting of new investment in power projects (Solar/Wind/Thermal)
· Effective translation of business ambitions/projects into financial evaluation.
· Responsible for preparing Sensitivity analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
· Aid in the capital budgeting and expenditure planning process.
· Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Contract/Procurement
· Involved in whole procurement process and handling tender bidding and evaluation
· Responsible for Placing RFI and RFP process for procurement as per the target.
· Directs negotiations with suppliers to obtain the best offer available within the time constraints of the requirement.
· Directs the preparation and issuance of purchase orders/purchase requisitions and ensures completeness and clarity.
· Contract governance ensuring 100% compliance
· Responsible for onshore/offshore procurements, HSS agreements and custom documentation.
· Responsible to Vendor portfolio management for 100% delivery handling
· Ensure compliance of quality and safety of works at all times
· Identifies opportunities for operational and procurement process improvement
· Reviews purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
· Develop and maintain project timeline, identify critical path and key milestones for project’s success.
CEO office
· Assisting functional reporting and project due diligence.
· Responsible for maintaining and tracking the solar market and delivery conditions in India.
· Support ensuring all strategic agenda/projects at delivered at time and quality
· Upper Management reporting as when required
Achievement
· Successfully delivered the solar projects of 42 Mn USD for captive use of the organization from idea initiation to the successful implementation of projects.
· Bringing in the estimated cost efficiency of 250 Mn USD in company for next 20 years and bringing down the cost of production of cement to the industry standards.
· Got the Best Young Employee for the Year 2017-18
· Achieved CII Award for Leadership in excellence 2018 for our solar plant in Rajasthan.
