I am trying to figure out my NOC code for the express entry application. I was unable to do so after going through the database. I even tried contacting the "Employment and Social Development Canada" department but they were no help.
I am currently a Senior Quality Engineer in a medical device company in Michigan.
My job responsibilities are as follows. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
1. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations such as 21 CFR 820 (FDA), ISO 13485 (Quality System Management), ISO 14971 (Risk Management), Health Canada Regulations (SOR 98-282) and other FDA regulations.
2. Managed the Complaints process, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process, supplier/vendor quality process, and returned goods process per FDA, ISO and Canadian regulations.
3. Led team during FDA inspections and ISO audits.
4. Supported new product development as part of cross-functional teams, and created and assisted in Standard Operating Procedures development and review.
5. Approved new vendors, annually evaluate quality system of current vendors, and interfaced with vendors on quality related issues.
6. Managed, monitored and coordinated the CAPA process for projects and statistical sampling based inspection system for incoming components, in-process inspection and finished goods.
7. Evaluated manufacturing and labeling changes of promotional materials and Class I and Class II medical devices for regulatory impact and to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
8. Responsible for evaluating the safety and ensuring compliance of Class I and Class II medical devices with regulatory standards by conducting Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
