I am working as Information Technology Specialist. I am so confused about the NOC Codes. Which Noc code should I write NOC 2281 or 2282?

I read both code responsibilities. My IT Specialist job responsibilities fall under both code.

If your role is more of a support then you will apply under 2282.

I work as a consultant(ITIL (Incident Management , Problem Management etc - Infrastructure support) for a client in Montreal.

Kindly advice the right NOC code for me to apply.

Based on the very small duties that you provided, it appears to be 2171, but it could also fall into 1122. Provide a list of everything that you do or your employer reference letter will state and we can help you out.
