Hi guys,
So I have been working as Manufacturing technician in an automobile industry for almost a year now. Its a contract job via employment agency. They provided me a letter for the job with everything required. They told me it will fall under NoC B category. But I wanted to see if anybody can verify the duties, for NOC code 2233
Here are the list of duties:
- Working in an automotive manufacturing and production plant.
- Compile, document, and analyze data such as cycle time, production numbers, and quality assurance metrics.
- Ensure that developed processing workflows and procedures are implemented and adhered to, including correct machine parameter set-ups, equipment, and machine controls, and inspection processes.
- Pre-inspect and safely operate manufacturing and production equipment in accordance with Section 28 of OSHA and Regulations for Industrial Establishment.
- Maintain high standards of safety for equipment and production areas, performing all duties in a secure manner and in alignment with company policies.
- Participate in identification, analysis, and determination of areas of improvement for Health & Safety.
- Perform general equipment maintenance functions, such as set-ups and calibration, mechanical and safety checks.
- Perform all duties in a manner that contributes to a QPCP model using the TLCQQ procedure.
- Tagged correctly as per unit load manual and customer requirements.
- Loaded correctly into production equipment or racks as per unit load manual and customer requirements
- Closed securely for safe material handling and distribution
- Quality is accurate as per the customer requirements, ensuring that cycle times are maintained and monitored to confirm that parts are ready according to schedules, specifications as well as completion of documentation as per the company’s operational principles.
- Quality checked documented to ensure parts will meet or surpass customer expectations. Quality assurance is determined with various testing methods and tools, dependent on a specific material or part being manufactured
Do you think they will work or should I look under another NOC.
OR where can I get it verified. I tried to confirm them myself but I am confused right now. So wanted opinion from others, or maybe even a professional opinion, for peace of mind.
Thank you.
