NOC code question

Hi all,

I am currently applying the permanent resident of Canada but having difficulty to find a NOC code to match my job title and job duties.

I am working as engineering in training at an automotive accessory company with a degree in mechanical engineering. My job duties are product developing/testing, CAD design, drafting, tool/fixture design, supplier sourcing etc, basically everything before putting in production except quality assurance.

I searched product development engineer but nothing similar appeared on NOC list and the 2132 mechanical engineer seems not appropriate since I am mainly dealing with plastic/rubber products.

Any help would greatly appreciate.
